Environmental Impact For a long time, TAKEFAST has focused on the impact of the enterprise on the environment, emphasizing zero emissions, pollution reduction, and energy savings, as well as sustainable resources. We advocate for green and eco-friendly practices, integrating energy conservation and environmental protection into daily operations and production processes. By promoting energy savings and non-polluting emissions in water, electricity, steam, and raw materials, we aim for the harmonious growth of both the company and the environment.
Overflow Washing
All production machine tanks have been modified to use overflow washing. Overflow pipes are added to create a recycling loop, enabling industrial water to be reused and preventing water waste.
Cooling Water Recycling
Previously, tap water was directly used, leading to significant water consumption. After modifications, cooling water is recycled, saving an average of about 20 tons of water per day.
Energy Conservation in Lighting Energy-saving measures not only reduce costs but also contribute to overall energy conservation. Various departments have upgraded their lighting to energy-efficient LED lights, achieving ideal results in energy efficiency.
TAKEFAST is committed to addressing issues caused by outdated machinery, such as slow efficiency and high energy consumption, by replacing old, energy-intensive machines to save energy.
Temperature and Pressure Reduction:
Production steam pipes are equipped with adjustable valves and temperature control switches, allowing for the adjustment of steam volume and the ability to turn it on or off as needed. This modification reduces daily steam usage by approximately 7m³.
Thermal Insulation for Steam Savings:
Dyeing vats are coated with thermal insulation materials, which conserve steam. After the modification, steam usage is reduced by about 35,000m³ per day, with even more significant savings in winter.
Certified Raw Materials: Using certified materials.
Environmental Certification: Raw materials are certified by Blue Label and other monitoring agencies. Besides Blue Label-certified materials, other certified materials are used, ensuring environmental protection without compromising on energy and ecological conservation.
