Precise Material Control
From Traditional to Industrial Containers: Traditional raw material containers have been replaced with industrial containers with precise scales. Manual feeding has been upgraded to diaphragm pump-controlled feeding, ensuring precise and non-wasteful material usage.
Overflow Washing
All production machine tanks have been modified to use overflow washing. Overflow pipes have been added to create a recycling loop, allowing industrial water to be reused and preventing water waste.
Cooling Water Recycling
Previously, tap water was directly used, leading to significant water consumption. After modifications, cooling water is recycled, saving an average of about 20 tons of water per day.
Before the modification, tap water was used directly, resulting in high water consumption.
Water flows into the cooling tower, is cooled, and then reused in a closed-loop system.
